Padel BLR (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a community platform connecting padel enthusiasts in Bangalore, India. We are not a registered company — we are an independent community project.

When you sign up and create a profile, we collect:

Your name and email address (via Clerk authentication)
Your display name, skill level, and preferred playing areas
An optional bio and WhatsApp number you choose to share
Session requests and event RSVPs you submit

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the Padel BLR community platform — to display your profile to other members, facilitate session matching, and send transactional emails (e.g., session proposals). We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond our infrastructure providers listed below.

4. Third-party services

Clerk — handles authentication and session management
Supabase — stores your profile, sessions, and community data in a PostgreSQL database
Resend — sends transactional emails on your behalf (e.g., session proposals)
Vercel — hosts the platform

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your profile and associated data at any time by emailing us.
