1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Padel BLR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Padel BLR is

Padel BLR is a community directory that helps padel players in Bangalore find each other, discover courts, and share sessions. We are not a booking platform or a sports club. We do not guarantee the availability of courts, coaches, or other players.

3. Membership fee

Access to posting sessions and contacting other players requires a one-time membership fee (₹49 for players, ₹99 for coaches). This fee is non-refundable. It covers lifetime access to the platform's community features.

4. Community conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your profile
• Treat other community members with respect
• Not use the platform for spam, commercial solicitation, or any unlawful purpose
• Not impersonate other players or post misleading session requests

5. Content

You are responsible for the content you post (profiles, session requests, events). We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we deem harmful to the community.

6. Events

Events listed on Padel BLR are submitted by community members and reviewed before publishing. We are not responsible for the accuracy of event details or the conduct of event organisers. Attend at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

Padel BLR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or disputes arising from connections made through the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
